California Bonzing Co. Stijl Longboard

This is our first board and it is all about style! The inspiration for this board came from an old dead stock skateboard from the 1970's. The board was oval with a round top and bottom. I came home, turned my longboard upside down and loved it.

I took the convex shape of the 70's board to create a longboard that was light weight and easy to carry around but could rip large hills. At 34 in. long with a 24in. wheelbase it's a short longboard that can handle the steep aggressive hills of San Francisco. Exactly what you need for quick maneuvers and long treks.

Austin Graziano talks about the artwork, "When I first saw the Piet Mondrian collection in person it hit me. The simple lines, bold colors and clean look pulled me in. I knew I needed to create something like that for a skateboard. Piet Mondrian was a leader in the “De Stijl” art movement and the art work on the board reflects his array of artwork from the beginning of his life to the end of his days."
